And ZERO training for local police officers in the proper use of all this advanced weaponry that the Pentagon has donated so generously. Gee, what could possibly go wrong?

Jerry: It must have been an oversight.
Never forget the dictum, "look for the money." Every piece of military hardware that is given to local police must be replaced by the military, and purchased from the Pentagon contractors. Guess who profits.
Pat: You're right, look for the money. Local police departments get all this cool "free" stuff, and "defense" contractors get even wealthier at taxpayers' expense.
