Put the chicken Hawks is the front lines. Let them put their bodies where their talk is.
Well that follows that old saying that the biggest Hawks never served.
Did you know Eisenhower was such the desk jockey all his career that after the Invasion on Normandy he went down to inspect the damage personally? Seems he'd never seen dead bodies before.

That is NOT the scary part!
The scary part is I think have the country maybe more take the same position.
I cannot imagine a Trump or Cruz or as I am calling them Crump presidency. I might have to divorce my husband, move to Europe and get a new guy or girl if this happens :)
As I also remember McCarthy and the Communist baiting Right Wingers went after Ike, George Marshall, and Sherman Addams for being soft on the Soviet Union and Communism. Three guys whose records should've been above reproach!

Jerry: Yup, that's exactly where the chicken hawks belong -- right up there in the line of fire.
Erik: I didn't know that about Eisenhower, that he spent most of his military career at a desk. I did know that McCarthy called him a Communist. So did the father of the Koch Brothers, who was also one of the founders of the John Birch Society.
One Fly: You're right, lots of dim-witted gullible voters are enabling these rightwing demagogues like Trump and Cruz.
Jess: I think Rubio is the biggest danger. He's every bit as batshit crazy as Crump, but he's got that slick salesman personality that could actually get him elected. I hope I'm wrong about this.
