(Formerly) Anonymous Koch Brothers Political Donors Outed

Last week the Koch Brothers held their twice-a-year meeting with their fellow rightwing movers and shakers.  Corporations and wealthy individuals who contribute to the Koch Brothers' various front groups are guaranteed to be kept anonymous.  They can make huge donations to Americans For Prosperity, Freedom Partners and other Kochtopus tentacles, and still keep hiding and cowering under their rocks so nobody knows who they are.

But at last week's meeting, one of the attendees left behind a sensitive document that listed some of the largest donors to the Kochtopus.  The document promptly found its way to Mother Jones, which is why these anonymous donors' identities have gone viral.

Without further ado, here are some of the corporations and individual billionaires who have been secretly trying to derail our democracy:

Papa John's Pizza;

TRT Holdings, owner of Omni Hotels and Gold's Gym;

Carl Berg, Silicon Valley real estate billionaire;

Ken Griffin, founder of Citadel hedge fund, ranks #103 on the Forbes 400;

Klipsch Group, headphone and speaker company;

John W. Childs, private equity investor;

Mountaire Corporation, huge agribusiness firm;

Charles Chandler, CEO of Intrust Bank;

Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon restaurant chain;

And on and on...

Koch Brothers: “Thank God for Obama’s Stimulus Package”

No, of course they didn’t really say that. Rightwing shitwads are notorious for condemning something and benefiting from it at the same time, without admitting or even grasping the irony.

There have already been jillions of news stories about politicians and VIPs blasting the stimulus bill as nothing but “socialism” and “government meddling,” and then taking part in the groundbreaking ceremony for a project that was made possible by that commie stimulus. These stories have already been done to death, and people whose IQs are higher than their shoe sizes are probably tired of hearing the 800th variation on the same story.

On the other hand, the “failed stimulus” inbreds could be told the same fact eight million times and still never comprehend it. So anyway, Choir — today’s sermon is:

The Koch Brothers held one of their numerous fundraising gatherings over the weekend. (Do they ever do anything else?)

About 1,500 protesters, organized by Common Cause, gathered outside the meeting. Law enforcement officers were called to maintain order and protect the VIPs inside. Some of these officers were Riverside County sheriffs, whose jobs had been SAVED by that dreaded stimulus package.

Thanks to the police protection made possible by all that excessive government spending, the Kochtopus and its tentacles could safely rant and rail against that Socialist in the White House and those tax-and-spend Democrats.

Alan Grayson Trailing in Florida

Well this sucks. How the fuck is this even possible???

Alan Grayson is one of the few Democratic politicians who yells it like it is. He’s as blunt as they get. He’s probably most famous for saying Republicans want you do die quickly if you get sick.

This is the kind of fearless blunt-spoken politician we need more of; not fewer.

The Kochtopus has contributed $250,000 to Grayson’s teabirthing opponent, “Taliban Dan” Webster.

And the National Republican Congressional Committee has another $800,000 set aside for TV ads against Grayson. These shitbags are sure scared of something.

And speaking of scary: the recipient of all this largesse from the NRCC and the Koch Brothers — Grayson’s opponent, Taliban Dan Webster — is closely tied to the Christian Reconstructionism movement.

Among other things, the Christian Reconstructionism movement wants to bring back stoning to death for crimes such as adultery, heresy and witchcraft. Gee, what ever happened to “We The People!” "Freedom!" and “limited government?” Or maybe those were last week’s teabagger slogans.

Why don’t those douchebags just move to Iran or Saudi Arabia if they want people to get stoned to death for adultery and heresy?

Koch Industries: Spend Billions Financing the Teabaggers, Then Beg for Government Handouts

Gotta hand it to those Koch Brothers, aka the Kochtopus. They’ve spent bazillions out of their own pockets to get the inbreds all riled up against Death Panels and Obamacare. They’ve spent so much money, they’re now trying to get some of it back — from the exact same health care law that they spent billions trying to defeat.

The word “Irony” comes to mind, only that’s too many syllables for the useful idiots who keep enabling the Kochtopus.

One feature of the dreaded Obamacare is the Early Retiree Reinsurance Program — a $5 billion program that helps employers maintain coverage for early retirees who aren’t yet eligible for Medicare. And one of the applicants for this socialist giveaway is — as you’ve guessed — Koch Industries. Two-faced son of a cocksucker.

The Koch Brothers aren’t quite as well known as Dick Armey, FreedomWorks, Americans For Prosperity or what’s-his-name from West Virginia who murdered all those coal miners a few months ago. But this family is possibly the single biggest bankroller of extreme rightwing causes, from the 1960s to the present.
