Wisconsin Union Busting: Mission Accomplished

Thank God the Wisconsin Kochsuckers were able to rig the State Supreme Court election earlier this spring. The Court has upheld, by a 4-3 vote, Scott Walker’s Operation Castrate Working People. Just think, if JoAnne Kloppenburg had been elected to the State Supreme Court — remember, she was ahead by about 10,000 votes until Walker’s thugs “corrected” the situation — justice would have prevailed.

While Scott Walker and his fellow Koch Whores shared a group orgasm, Supreme Court Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson dissented. She said the majority:

“…set forth their own version of facts without evidence. They should not engage in this disinformation.”

And the president of the Wisconsin State AFL-CIO called the court ruling “an affront to our democracy.”

Oh well, win some lose some. In the Win column, California’s gay marriage ban is still deader’n a doornail.

Last year a U.S. District Judge struck down California’s ban on gay marriage, Proposition 8 (commonly referred to as Proposition Hate). A band of snake-handling inbreds known as “Protect Marriage” appealed the ruling when they found out the judge was gay and was living with a partner. Their “reasoning” was that his judgment could not be impartial.

WTF??? The judge couldn’t make an unbiased ruling on gay rights issues because he’s gay and lives with a partner?!?!? As opposed to: Gay and living in a monastery? Gay and hitting the bar scene and coming home with a different partner every evening? What rock did these Taliban wannabes crawl out from under???

Anyway, Chief U.S. District Judge James Ware has upheld the earlier judge’s ruling. Protect Marriage can go back to the 13th century. And Proposition 8 — like Generalissimo Francisco Franco — is still dead.

The knuckle-draggers apparently didn't realize that their "logic" automatically also applied to any het Judge. But logic was never their strong suit.

Lisa, I would really like to see you, in particular, go back to the kitchen, where empty-headed broads belong. Believe me, you are in way over your head here. The stupid links you post prove precisely nothing, like always.

I'm sure in our lives closeted Gay judges have made lots of favorable Conservative decisions. They should count their blessings

I'd love to comment, but being a member of a public-sector union, I have to finish destroying western civilization.

Oh yes I am so empty headed. I run a small business an a household more than many of the drones chanting "Hope and Change" and Obama is going to put my gas in my car and pay my mortgage.
I notice you didn't comment on the last link I posted with all those intellectuals voting for Obama. Maybe the Dem's have them fooled but you don't need a PhD to know that are being take for a fool.

JR-Sounds like you have some isssues of your own.

JR: Nope, logic is non-existent in their world.

Lisa: That out-of-context quote from FDR has been regurgitated endlessly by the Far Right. Seen it. Been there. Done that.

Erik: It's surprising how many extreme rightwing hate-aholics have turned out to be gay.

Randal: OK, get back to me as soon as this evil country has been brought to her knees.

No, but Obama reduced your taxes more in two years than George W. Bush did in eight — the biggest tax break in U.S. history — cut the amount you pay into Social Security and has worked, and is working, to reduce federal red tape affecting businesses large and small.

I know this is hard for you to endure and impossible for you to acknowledge, but you'll get through it somehow.

What Randal said, and he said it well. I am one of those awful, lazy, unpatriotic people too, so it's time for me to get off the computer and get back to work wrecking the country. Heh...

Also, what S.W. said re. Lisa's comment... Obama has done more moderate/centrist style things than many lefties like, and more than most any hard core right-wingers like to admit. This provides some hope that independent voters won't get brainwashed by the right-wing mantra and will choose to vote Democrat in 2012.

SW: What, Obama has reduced taxes and cut red tape for businesses? But I heard on Fox News...

Woopee doo and our business went down 30% thanks to his "wonderful" policies. This is why he has to go before he devastates the economy even more.

No wonder the economy is doing so bad and our debt is so big.

He isn't working to cut red tape. What are you a government worker?
