Extend the Wind Production Tax Credit

The wind production tax credit will expire at the end of this year unless Congress acts.  Wind energy has made great inroads and we need to do everything possible to keep this momentum going.  For just one example, twenty-five percent of Iowa's electricity is generated by wind.

Needless to say, the fossil fuel industry — via its army of think tanks and congressional prostitutes — is pushing frantically to end this tax credit.
