Many analyst are saying Trump gets so much coverage so they can show the public how stupid he is, do you think that might be working?

It is sure working for him this time around. Of course he has the deplorables on his side too.
Erik: I think Trump's theory is that there's no such thing as bad publicity; the more coverage the better. And the media titans like this too, since it means more advertising dollars for them.
Jerry: We'll just have to hope that endless media coverage + basket of deplorables DOESN'T equal winning the election.

I think that his supporters think he is brilliant.
Jerry: In a sense they're right, since everything is relative. If Trump's IQ is 90, give or take, and his basket of deplorables have IQ's in the 50s and 60s, then from their standpoint, Trump is a genius.
