Koch Brothers are With the Terrorists!
Koch Industries has been selling huge shipments of petrochemicals to America’s number one enemy — this year’s Hitler — Iran.
Calling all flagwaving, yellow-ribbon-decal-displaying flag-lapel-pin-wearing Patriots: what’ve you got to say about this? The Koch Brothers — the creators, masterminds and remote controllers of the “tea party” — have been aiding and abetting the enemy.
Koch Industries has made “improper payments” (i.e. bribes) to win contracts in foreign countries, including Iran. Their deal with Iran is in violation of U.S. law. They’ve been making these bribes since 2002 in countries all over Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
Koch Industries products have enabled Iran to build the world’s largest methanol plant. Again, that country is IRAN. When we invade Iran, the blood of American soldiers will be on the hands of the Koch Brothers.
Prosecute those Kochsuckers.

REALITY CHECK!
The American Oil Companies still buy Iranian Crude for us!
Most Other companies either still deal with them directly or use a foreign front to do so.
despite this boycott

I mostly just had to comment because the word verification was really cool: "poptoid"!!
But yes, the right wing hasn't ever seemed to have any problem dealing with Iran. Whether it's secretly selling them arms in the 1980s or selling them petrochemical equipment now.
While today's right wing loons preach about going to war with Iran, they really love Iran, and are in bed with it as much as they were 25 years ago.
Lisa will be along soon to explain how this is all Clinton's fault.
In the meantime, Tom, check your access logs. You'll be getting visitors from Wichita, if you haven't gotten them already.
Patriotism ends where making one additional dollar of profit begins. Not always, but too often, that's the value system that leads to obscene wealth and power.
Iran is so passe. Can't we have a new Hitler? I'm bored.

No it's Reagan's fault JR,9/11 was Clinton's fault.
bribes, hmmm sounds a wee bit familiar

Erik: It's fun to daydream about corporate criminals actually being brought to account, even while knowing that laws are only for little people.
Snave: A lot of rightwingers would probably love to live in a theocracy like Iran. They call their god by a different name, but other than that...
JR: I'll keep an eye out. Good ol' Wichita, home of the Koch and Phelps families.
SW: We can sure see the Koch Brothers' "value" system.
Randal: Yes, it's way past time for a new Hitler.
Personally, Iran is not my enemy. But business is business. As Prescott Bush had deals with the Nazis, Republicans will always go wherever the cash is.
My favorite scene in Kelly's Heroes was when Don Rickles suggested making a "deal, deal" with the German tank crew, saying, "Maybe they're Republicans".

*yawn*
Google "Richard Clarke." And you won't get tripped up trying to spell, even; I put it here for you.
Dave: Iran isn't my enemy either. I just wish the right-tards would make up their minds and decide whether Iran is evil and needs to be vanquished, or Iran is a lucrative trading partner.
JR: How do you spell that name again :)
refer to the 9/11 commission

Erik,
Oddball cracks me up. What a great character in a great movie.
Time to "catch some rays, eat some cheese and drink some wine".
Actually, they sell the stuff to European countries. It is the Europeans that sell it to Iran.
So, should we sell things to Cuba even though it keeps political prisoners and punishes them and others?
So is there any difference with all the people that are insisting/threatening for freebies from the government/their fellow American?
