President Romney Will Self-Destruct in 5, 4, 3...

The Mitt Romneybot must have short-circuited yesterday during a Fox News interview.  So much for Fox News being a “shill” for Romney.

Megyn Kelly was asking Romney some “unusually combative questions” about his numerous flipflops on Obomneycare and his trouble connecting with conservatives and non-millionaires.  At one point Romney couldn’t handle it any longer and sputtered:  “Megyn, guess what? I made a lot of money… I'm not going to apologize for that.”

Whoa!  Have you ever heard such a stirring speech?  Move over JFK and FDR.

(The linked article has some YouTube excerpts of Romney’s interview.)

One journalist said:  “Now we know what it looks like when a robot initiates a self-destruct sequence.”

Somebody else commented:  “Why on Earth does he save his worst performances for the network most watched by Republican voters he's trying to court?”

And my favorite description:  “Should Romney win the GOP nomination, Obama's campaign should just play this video on a loop for the rest of the year.”

so he doesn't perform as well in front of the camera as Mr Narcissist. I prefer one who actually knows how to run the show as opposed to making a "showing".
There are plenty of clips we can play of Obama in his usual Rev Wright mode.
Obama got elected, thanks to the media, and his "inspirational" speeches, especially that one he made to Egypt. Wow what a guy.
I love Obama's energy policy too-Give taxpayer dollars to downtrodden green companies, inflate your tires and buy a Chevy Volt. Oh and all you unemployed poor people good luckr finding a bus route to your next interview ,you know because there a still a few kinks to figure out..

You stupid biddy, back to the damn kitchen with your stupid ass NOW!!! MEN are talking here!!! You KNOW your place, dammit!

Putting the incredibly lame and stupid statements of Lisa (who apparently never got out of 1859) aside, it was Murcdoch himself who said he had a liking for Rapture Rick. And all of the MEN that Lisa fellates are mighty suspicious of that Willard to boot. He was a Governor up in Yankeeland, and he's a damn Mormon to boot!

That fact that he stumbles, ya think maybe he thought this would be a easy interview? Does that say something for Fox or Romney

Oh and Lisa many of these unemployed poor people (people you never showed any concern for) have been that way for years since the Bush meltdown. All of the Government subsidies of taxpayer monies He gave to corporations that didn't amount to any jobs, we have all pointed them out over the years and you didn't care.

NOW you are up in arms over Green Energy subsidies, which gets a fraction non renewable energy gets, which also lines the middle eastern pockets!

Yeah I know keep blaming Bush. That statement was misleading. Mitt Romney is an intelligent, well spoken and successful man unlike rabble rouser in chief getting on his high horse and making jokes about gas prices and trading in your SUV.
He's sophomoric and a joke and anyone who votes for him is a bigger joke.

Mr. Narcissist... that must be a reference to Newt Gingrich?

Never mind that we are witnessing an unspectacular but steady economic recovery. Romney will lie through his teeth and tell everybody things are getting worse, not better. There will be people who are so blinded by their hatred for Obama that they will believe Romney's false statements, despite the fact that he reverses his position about every other hour on many of the issues.

Once he wraps up the nomination and we don't have to listen to all the stuff about abortion and birth control all the time in the news, attention can be focused on the economy. And if current patterns hold true, by that time the economy will not be an issue on which Mitt can win.

It will be nice having Obama for four more years, especially when Congress is more balanced as the result of a coattail effect this year. The bad part about it will be that we will see all kinds of calls for special prosecutors and impeachment... they are sore losers, so they will ramp it up like they did after Clinton won re-election over an ineffectual Bob Dole in 1996.

The GOP is a slow-motion train wreck, undoing all those marvelous gains of 2010 as we watch, mesmerized. And as they unravel, they just get angrier and angrier and unravel further.

The Republicans really must be hoping for an economic crash between now and November. It is probably the only way they can take back the White House.

As for Mitt's quote, we can expect a lot more quotes like that which will continue to alienate him from average Americans. Give him enough rope... 8-)

Trying to use facts on Lisa is like trying to use water as a fuel-sure, you can pour it in all you want, but you'll get nothing when you turn the key.

Join me in urging her to stick to the only things she's good for-cooking and squirting babies.

Not Because of Obama but in spite of Obama

Wow and prices on everything is going up thanks to gas prices. But I guess we will be doing much better when Obama gets his way of 8.00 per gallon and we will all be inflating our tires with algae.

Tom,
It's time all Americans pulled the plug on this arrogant jerk for good! This goof no more deserves to be on the public payroll than does that loudmouth drug addict Rush Limbaugh!

SM: I guess your request wasn't granted.

JR: Ah, 1859, such a great year. Why did time have to pass?

Erik: Romney probably did think it would be an easy interview. Romney has some close ties with the Far Right which he doesn't publicize, such as Bain Capital being part owner of Clear Channel.

Snave: I agree about the unspectacular but steady economic recovery. The Right of course will say the recovery is "in spite of" Obama, or they'll give full credit to Bush, or something.

I hope you're right about the GOP's slow motion train wreck. And yes, the more they unravel, the angrier they'll get, and the angrier they get the more they'll unravel...

Randal: We've had worse presidents than that.

Jack: Yup, it's definitely time to pull the plug.

Obama has nothing to do with the higher gasoline prices.

We on the left will not be happy with higher gasoline prices, but the Republicans will be. They have to want gas prices to go up because they think it will be what beats Obama in November.

They have to be hoping for higher gas prices and another economic crash. Never mind the hardship to millions of Americans, as long as Obama loses.

How patriotic is that? Why do they hate America? 8-)
