An article in the Chronicle was talking about the possibility of rebuilding the casino's there, now if Castro would only legalize Prostitution and Drugs to go with it, Cuba could be the richest island in the Caribbean.

Snave: Yup, that cartoonist was spot on.
Erik: If only Cuba would reinstate their rigid caste system that they had in the 1950s, they could bring back their glory days and once again attract American VIPs to their casinos, just like the good old days of 60 years ago. It would be like that dreadful Communist nightmare of the last 60 years never happened :)
