How to Think Like an Inbred Redneck

Let’s just pretend for a minute: Your parents are first cousins, you flunked out of school in first grade because finger-painting was too complicated, and your favorite hobby is pulling the wings off of flies. And now, one of your fellow retards has asked you and a hundred of your closest friends for your opinion:

Who are the worst Americans in history?

Finally, the Inbred Community can get their message out!

If you hate comminists, libruls and swarthy minorities, you’ll agree that the three Worst Americans Ever (in this order) are:

Jimmy Carter, Barack Obama and Franklin D. Roosevelt.

The survey question was sent out by John Hawkins of Right Wing News. He wrote:

“Out of all the gangsters, serial killers, mass murderers, incompetent & crooked politicians, spies, traitors, and ultra left-wing kooks in all of American history — have you ever wondered who the worst of the worst was? Well, we here at RWN wondered about that, too, and that's why we decided to email more than a hundred bloggers to get their opinions.”

The list of Worst Americans also includes Lyndon Johnson and Ted Kennedy (tied for 7th place). Jane Fonda, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi are in a three-way tie for 13th place.

Anyway the entire list is shown at the linked article (the first link). Read ‘em and weep; or gag, or whatever.

Of course, the Right Wing definition of Americans include people who enjoy tractor pulls and include Nascar as a sport.
I often wonder how people can be so filled with hate and vitriol against their own people while still clinging to the notion that they are somehow patriotic.

Well Hawkins list is a little more "Balanced" , but the list they sent in. I'm surprised Al Sharpton is so high, that's giving him a hell of a lot more power and influence then he has, I'm sure Martin Luther King and Malcolm X are rolling in their graves in Jealousy. Jessie Jackson is probably crying in his beer!

The lack of any Confederates is proof that the Old Time Southerners have taken over the Conservatives, Republicans and Tea Party.

Saw this the other day at someone else's house and I literally laughed out loud at how stupid these people had to have been that were asked to reply to this survey. Couldn't even come up with Darth Vader or the Alien from Aliens. Had to be the black man in the WH, one of the most trusted statesmen(Carter) we have had. Makes baby Jesus and Jess cry it does.

Maybe RWN has finally come up with a public service. This makes the mentality of people who look to RWN to stoke their ignorance perfectly clear. Not that the corporate media are likely to pick up on it, unfortunately.

One of the more appalling developments of the past 30 years is the transition of ignorance from being passive to being an active thing. Back when it was mostly passive, people just didn't bother to become informed with facts. Nowadays, conservatives and libertarians seek their favorite flavor of BS from disreputable sources like Limbaugh and Beck, crackpot pols like Gingrich, Palin and Bachmann, news outfits like Fox, and blogs like RWN, Red State, FreeRepublic and Drudge.

And you can bet that Dale Earnhardt would have topped the list of "greatest" Uhmuhricuns.

Such is life among the DNA-challenged.

I can't wait to see how much this list will have changed after Sharia law is enacted.

Ok so while visiting some of my blog buddies, that have much by way of "teh ghey" agenda items, I need to recruit people to the dark side for the cause, I came across this. Little nugget about the RWN John Hawkins(guy who did this stoopid survey) and his sponsorship of Homocon. Yes, they could not find a more demeaning name for it. His right wingers that comment are not happy with him doing this. I will expect him to be on the list next time.

Lew: Rightwing loonies would probably be even more vicious if they couldn't let off steam with tractor pulls and watching cars drive around in circles.

Erik: Good point about Malcolm X and Martin Luther King turning in their graves. They've been slighted.

The Civil War has been raging for 150 years, with no end in sight.

Jess: It's one of those things that's hilarious and infuriating at the same time. My Jesus doll is crying too.

SW: In that sense of "Know Your Enemy," RWN is definitely performing a public service. And that's very true about people seeking out and reinforcing their own ignorance. Crackpots get too much publicity too easily. A generation ago, Sarah Palin and Newt Gingrich and their ilk would be the neighborhood wacko, standing there on the corner with a sign and a bullhorn. Now, no matter how psycho somebody is, there's a "news" network ready to transmit these psychopathic rantings to millions of listeners.

JR: DNA-challenged, I like it.

Randal: Sorry, I have no choice but to forward your comment to my Imam.

Jess: I was glimpsing at that RWN site yesterday (I couldn't look for long). I saw the article about Homocon but I didn't follow the link. I didn't look at any of the comments either, but at some of those wingnut sites, the commenters are more twisted than the author.

Tom, I have been booted from RWN places so many times I cannot even begin to count how many. There are a couple people over there, I am convinced are actual inpatients at psych hopsitals and they get free time on the internets, that Al Gore invented.

Oh yeah Homocon is the big deal now, Ann Coulter, lover of all of "teh gheyz" is the headliner. Yes THAT Ann Coulter who is constantly dogging LGBT people. Hawkins, taking douchebaggery to the next level is his motto, or it should be anyway.

No surprise to see Carter there. During the Bush era, Reich Wingers pitched the propaganda of distraction by insisting Carter was the worst president ever. It stuck, never mind most of the dolts probably couldn't remember him, let alone name one thing Carter had done.

Let's hear it for our Dark Lord and Master Alinsky! He made the list, even though nobody heard of him a couple years ago.
