So much for all those jokes that “leading Congress is like herding cats.”

Tom- it seems like the only way they'll grow spines is if they're working with a Democrat president. And even then I'm not completely sure.

J: I'm not sure either. I could picture President Obama and the solidly Democratic Congress collapsing like a house of cards every time a high-ranking Republican says "Boo!"

Randal: Yes, I'm glad those whiny liberals have finally seen the light. If they don't have anything to hide, they should be glad the government is keeping watch over them.
