Exclusive Martial Arts Workshop from Justice David Prosser: “Fear No Woman!”
“I got picked on all through school because I’m such a dork, but today I can kick any woman’s ass!”
Allegedly (according to three witnesses who don’t want to be named):
Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David Prosser got into an argument with fellow Justice Ann Walsh Bradley last week. The argument took place in her chambers, just before the Court released its decision to uphold Scott Walker’s Crush-the-Unions law.
While they were arguing, Ann Walsh Bradley asked David Prosser to leave her office, whereupon Prosser grabbed her around the neck with both hands.
Both justices have said nothing beyond “I have nothing to say” when questioned by reporters. The allegations are being investigated by the Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism and Wisconsin Public Radio.
If the allegations against David Prosser turn out to be true, here are the four ways Prosser could be removed from the bench.

We would hope he would have enough of a sense of honor to resign, but I have my doubts he would leave willingly. If he won't resign, impeachment might be the only way to get him out of there, although his cronies in the senate might not vote to get rid of him... but it would be a way to keep him from ruling on anything else, at least for a while. A recall vote would take way too long, and they couldn't recall him for a year after he was elected (which just happened). "Removal by Address" would work too, although it would take 2/3 of the members of each house, and Prosser probably has too many buddies for that to happen.
So if he won't resign, go for an impeachment. Do whatever can legally be done to get him out of there. Same with Walker and the rest of the rotten bunch.
I'd say the first three options are out. They'll have to wait for a recall because even if the Dems take back the legislature they won't throw him out either.
Just goes to show the corporate thugs are the agressors, not the fictional "union thugs".
HONOR? He didn't do a thing to keep Kathy Nickolaus from rigging the election, did he?
Snave: I doubt if he has any sense of honor. The vote count in his re-election seems awfully fishy. And his fellow Republican legislators would never impeach or convict him.
They might as well just add his name to the growing list of people to be recalled.

She said, he said, but Prosser seems to have a pattern of this kind of thing. If this one doesn't end in him being tossed off the court, I expect his next outrageous misstep will. I think he's got mental problems and lacks self-control. If I'm right, there will be a next time.

SW: Prosser still has to be convicted first, but his earlier incidents show a pattern that doesn't bode well.

You want me to agree with you yes I agree if this really happened and proven beyond a reasonable doubt then the guy is a douche bag and should be indicted .
I don't judge people based on something that may or may not have happened.
Frankly if that did happen I wish that woman would have been popped him between his legs or square in the face being both his hands were occupied at the time.
Oh come on now, he was just defending himself and she apparently ran into his hands with her neck. It's like that woman in Kentucky last year, that happened to have her head in the way of that tea partiers boot on the pavement outside a rally for Rand Paul. If they didn't make them do this, the menz wouldn't strike back with violence. If I need to clarify any of this as being disgusting I will have to find new blog friends you know :).
He won't go anywhere since he has already made it clear as recently as a couple months ago, the women that sit on the WI Supreme court goad him into doing these things. Classic abuse behavior, saying that she made me do it.
