Vladimir Putin has INSULTED the United States of America
Vladimir Putin wrote a New York Times op-ed piece titled “A Plea for Caution from Russia.” In this slanderous libelous article, Putin said:
“Millions around the world increasingly see America not as a model of democracy but as relying solely on brute force, cobbling coalitions together under the slogan 'you’re either with us or against us.'”
He even questioned American Exceptionalism, saying “It is extremely dangerous to encourage people to see themselves as exceptional, whatever the motivation.”
Americans are properly outraged at such blasphemy. House Speaker John Boehner (R—Jack Daniels) said “I wuzh inshulted.”
John McCain said: “Putin's NYT op-ed is an insult to the intelligence of every American.”
Former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said:
“First and foremost, we have to understand that President Putin should be the last person to lecture the United States about our human values and our human rights and what we stand for.”
Damn right! The NERVE of some tinpot dictator lecturing the United States about human rights???

Putin is no dummy. If he is reigning in one of his problem brats due to the brats' bad behavior (so that his brat doesn't get its ass handed to it and end up getting other bratty kids involved in a huge, unmanageable brawl) is insulting to the United States of America, then it's fine with me.
Let them brawl it out over there. I want us to have nothing to do with such brats and brawling. I know, chemical weapons are a bad thing. But let's pursue a diplomatic solution and see if it works. I think it's better than starting something like a WWIII.
The only thing insulting in all of this, besides the use of chemical weapons, is the retrograde outlook on display among our conservative "leaders".
Snave: I agree, let them brawl it out over there. And Putin is extremely shrewd. I'm glad he and Obama agree on this one issue.
